- Cut up bacon while still raw and place in fry pan and cook just until
- it starts to get crisp. Add 1 Tbsp of sugar and stir. Add 4 Tbsp of
- Worcestershire and pour in 1/4 C Wine Vinegar. Serve immediately. You
- may place the pan on top of the bowl after pouring on the dressing to
- steam the spinach for a minute.
